Ensto acquired the TIPI/TUR distribution panels and DSP circuit breakers activity from Schneider Electric France


International technology company and electrical solution provider Ensto strengthens its electricity distribution offering by acquiring the TIPI/TUR1 distribution panels and DSP2 circuit breaker business from Schneider Electric France.

In line with Ensto's strategy to provide complete solutions for customers and to be a leading provider of smart technology for electricity distribution, Ensto has acquired the design, production and commercialization of TIPI/TUR distribution panels and DSP circuit breakers (LVCB) from Schneider Electric France SAS on 17 April 2020.

Ensto Novexia SAS is one of the main players of the French low voltage distribution panels. With this transaction, Ensto can provide a complete product range for its electricity distribution customers, especially in France and in French-speaking export areas. In addition, offering in low voltage circuit breakers (LVCB) for distribution transformers' protection is a core offering of Ensto.

The overall market area will also be broadened up and offer new possibilities," says Mathieu Givelet, Managing Director of Ensto Novexia.

The parties will not disclose the details of this transaction.
