Tero Luoma, Managing Director of Ensto Invest Oy, has been appointed to Ensto Oy's Board of Directors (Ensto Board) starting on August 1, 2026. Tero brings strategic economic and financial expertise, along with over 15 years of experience in private equity and professional ownership.
He has served on the Board of Directors of several companies and is an active investor and advisor to growth businesses. He is also pursuing a PhD at Hanken School of Economics, focusing on active ownership. Learn more about Tero on his LinkedIn profile.
Ensto’s current Board Members, Panu Routila and Taru Miettinen, will leave the Ensto Board on July 31, 2026.
