Porvoon Energia has installed three district heating pipes from Teollisuustie to the new energy centre located in the adjacent hall. Inside the hall, the pipes have been made the necessary preparations for the connection of the new district heating connection.
In the future, the waste heat generated in the energy centre through these pipes can be transferred to Porvoon Energia's district heating network using the three-pipe method.
Correspondingly, the earthworks for the transformer substation building have also been completed and the foundations are ready. In addition, protective piping for cables has been installed in the area.
The transformer substation will be installed at the turn of November and December.
