How to improve single-phase short circuit current?

An end customer of Kymenlaakson Sähköverkko Oy (a Finnish utility company) gave claim about low short circuit current in the electricity supply. A typical imbalance problem is caused by single-phase load that leads to large voltage variations in networks, especially in long lines. Customer´s problem could have been solved by building a new distribution line but it would have been slow and expensive for the company. Ensto Phase Balancer is the solution for high-quality electricity for the consumers and for reduced number of complaints and sanctions for electricity distribution companies. In order to quickly, economically and efficiently fix the situation, Kymenlaakson Sähköverkko chose Ensto Phase Balancer. The company installed the product in November and improved the capacity of the distribution network at once. See changes from the table before and after installation of Phase Balancer.
