Communication is the key


All communication is important. Whether it means tight scheduled business meetings with fact based bullet points, just calling and asking “how are you doing?” or stopping by for a coffee. We believe that communicating with customers on a regular basis and just talking openly, builds trust, uncovers issues that would otherwise be hidden and develops new ideas; thus leading to better results. Even though live meetings and electronic communication have become everyday routines, we shouldn’t underestimate the importance of face to face meetings.

Communicating is one of Ensto’s key strengths. We get a lot of positive feedback about the efficiency of our communication channels and we work hard at maintaining and improving these channels constantly. Our relatively flat organizational structure makes it easy for people to get a hold of the needed knowledge and personnel from each organization level, including executives, who are easily available for our customers.

We are interested in our customers. Especially in tailoring projects, it is important to know the business environment of our clients and their ways of doing business. This enables us to create more value to our customers and offer better solutions for customer’s business environment. All of our customers have their own predefined responsible persons at Ensto for commercial and technical matters. In addition, we have a wide global support network to ensure fast response to all of our customer organizations.

We set common goals with our customers and we pursue openness and tight relationships with every customer. By doing so, we are all on the same page and we ensure customer satisfaction. When executing a tailoring project, we form the needed teams with our clients, so that there are always the best people available for each phase of the project. Ultimately there is one person responsible for a project, but we give our support and decision making power also to other people on our project team, giving customers the speed and flexibility that benefits them the most.

In Ensto we believe in “trust capital”. We insist high professionalism and morale from all of our employees and we trust in them. This creates trust not only for ourselves, but also for our customers. And without mutual trust there can’t be success.
