Good deeds in Estonia: Ensto donated luminaires to a school’s gymnasiums

We believe in a better life with electricity and a more sustainable tomorrow. Ensto is putting words into action: our Estonian team donated new luminaires to a local Mahta elementary school’s two gymnasiums in Lasnamäe, Tallinn.

A total of 24 LED luminaires (HB360) were installed in the gymnasiums, with perfectly matched features for the locations. The new luminaires are 50 % more economical compared to the old luminaires. They also provide better light quality, and as a result, the school's electricity consumption will be reduced down to almost 8500 kWh per year.

The school’s gymnasiums are in hard use: during the days, they are used by the school’s gymnastics classes and in the evening local sports clubs exercise in the premises. Thus, the new lighting solutions are beneficiary to the whole community.

The act is strongly linked in our vision of Better Life. With Electricity and is the perfect gift for Ensto 60th anniversary offering. Staying true to Ensto's sponsorship goal, we wanted to participate in supporting children's and young people's well-being and sports opportunities. All while striving to save resources and contributing to the fight against global warming.
