Cha cha cha rhythms for a better future

As part of Ensto's anniversary's 60 acts, Ensto supports Dance Sport Club Tellus's members under age 18.

75% of the club's members are young and children aged under 18. The aim is to bring children joy from movement and to learn and support not only dancing skills but also teamwork skills.

The club is being run on voluntary work, and only the trained tutors are paid from teaching.

“With a sponsorship we’ve been able to keep the tuition fee affordable without sacrificing on the quality. All local children, regardless of the family's economic or social background, can get high quality dance and rhythmic exercise instruction. Additionally, we can provide free spring and Christmas shows for children,” Says the club’s chairman Saku Väätänen.

All children taking part in Tellus’ activities can develop themselves and experience a sense of community – both which are very important parts of a children’s life. Collaboration is a prime example of Ensto’s sponsorship policies, which are based on supporting children and youngs moving and equal chances to take part in them.
