Ocor Group, specialized in the manufacture and marketing of prefabricated electrical installation systems and cable management systems, changed its brand 1st of January 2008 and will continue its operations under the name of Ensto. Ocor is located both in France and Spain and its activity employs 140 persons. The turnover totaled 14,6 million euros in 2006.
The brand change is due to the fact that Ensto Group has been the majority shareholder of Ocor since beginning of year 2006. During the two years integration period Ensto has invested heavily on developing Ocor’s operations. Today we are convinced the Ocor Group is ready to continue its operations under Ensto brand.
Ensto aims at one solid Ensto Brand with a core of Excellent Customer Care. In addition, Ensto targets strongly to keeping the level of innovativeness high in France. Innovations made by Ocor have always played an important role to Ocor’s customers.
The acquisition of Ocor was a strategic step for Ensto in becoming a significant European provider of flexible installation systems. Through the acquisition Ensto expands and strengthens its business especially in France and Spain. The companies’ product ranges also complement each other very well. The prefabricated electrical installation systems and cable management systems Ensto manufactures in France and Spain are part of solutions for electrification of non-residential buildings.
