Ensto Building Technology conducted a customer satisfaction survey in the beginning of 2013. The customers seem to be pleased with the services that they receive. The proportion of respondents who have already recommended Ensto has grown significantly.

On 6 March 2013 the company name of NOVEXIA changed to Ensto Novexia.
